Toxicity Tips
  • Avoid alcohol, tobacco and drugs (prescription and recreational)

 

  • Avoid preservatives, additives, colourings, flavourings in food

 

  • Switch out amalgams in teeth

 

  • Avoid plastic in your food or water

 

  • Avoid deep sea fish or eat with  chelates (coriander, parsley, garlic)

 

  • Filter water. Avoid drinking cold water

 

  • Avoid chemicals in dry cleaning, scotch guarding, non-stick cookware etc

 

  • Drink 500mls to 1 litre of water upon rising, preferably warm not cold water

 

  • Drink warm water with lemon first thing in the morning.  See my recipe for morning detox drink here. If you are concerned about tooth wear, rinse with bi-carb soda diluted in water immediately after drinking.
