Kale Banana and Berry Smoothie

Kale and almond milk are high in calcium which is typically hard to source for vegetarians


3 stalks of kale (discard the tough stalk and use the leaves)
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
1 teaspoon activated organic sunflower seeds, presoaked
1 teaspoon organic chia seeds
1 teaspoon organic flaxseed meal
1 teaspoon organic blackstrap molasses
1 teaspoon dulse or wakame flakes (good source of iodine and in case of thyroid issues)


Add flaxseed to nutri-bullet or coffee grinder and grind. Extra can be ground at this time and used within 3-5 days if stored in dark air-tight container in the fridge.
Blend all ingredients in blender or Nutri-bullet
