  • 1 Large Bunch of Watercress
  • 2 Large Onions chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ghee coconut oil for vegans
  • Filtered water


  • Fry onion in coconut oil until transparent. Add garlic and fry for a minute.
  • Add watercress and fill with filtered water until watercress is covered. Bring to the boil then simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Blend with hand blender until smooth.
  • Serve with coriander
