  • 2 tablespoons Chinese Cooking Wine or Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil


  • Chop vegetables
  • Stir-fry ginger and garlic in sesame oil
  • Add chopped vegetables and cooking wine and stir 1 minute or so
  • Add soy sauce
  • Cover with a lid until vegetables wilt slightly then lightly stir fry another minute or so
