Ingredients
- 250 grams Fresh fruit mangoes, papayas, rockmelons are great around Christmas
- 250 grms Organic Greek Yogurt mixed with 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup organic blueberries or raspberries fresh or frozen
- 200 grams bircher muslei or quinoa porridge
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ cup filtered water
Instructions

- Heat berries and water in a small pan. Cook until berries are soft, then add honey and blend with a hand blender, blend until smooth (or blend in blender)
- Layer the bircher, yoghurt, fresh fruit then berry sauce
