  • 1 cup raw organic cashews
  • 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt and
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


  • Soak cashews in filtered water for 3-6 hours. See post on how to soak nuts grains and legumes.
    Don’t soak for any longer than 6 hours since cashews are prone to mould. 
  • Drain and rinse well
  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
