Vegan Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup raw organic cashews
- 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon sea salt and
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Soak cashews in filtered water for 3-6 hours. See post on how to soak nuts grains and legumes.Don’t soak for any longer than 6 hours since cashews are prone to mould.
- Drain and rinse well
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
