Acai Date & Kale Smoothie
This low caloric smoothie is perfect to give you a healthy start to the morning. Dates and honey give it sweetness and kale, acai and kefir provide nutrients and antioxidants. Unfortunately, the green from the kale and the purple from that acai mean the smoothie doesn’t look very pretty but it does taste great and it is so good for you!!!

- 1 teaspoon green banana flour
- 1 teaspoon soaked chia seeds
- 1 cup kefir
