Ingredients

  • 3 cans organic butter beans or 2 cups organic lima beans soaked overnight and pre-cooked
  • 2 cans organic chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon organic tomato paste
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 organic carrots sliced
  • 3 stalks organic celery sliced
  • 1 organic capsicum diced
  • 1 quill cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
