  • 4 medium Organic sweet potatoes
  • 2 large Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 50 grams butter


  • Peel and chop sweet potatoes into large chunks
  • Peel and chop the onion into quarters
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper
  • Place sweet potatoes, onion and garlic cloves (no need to peel) onto tray.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
    sweet potatoes and onion on baking tray
  • Cook for 30-40 minutes on 190°C until sweet potato is soft and easily mashable
  • Add butter and let cool
  • Once cool (to avoid microplastic leaching) add cinnamon and blend in blender
