Here are my YouTube Workout Playlists. You will find many varied types. For example, yoga, as well as power yoga, pilates, barre and for the more energetic days: kickboxing, HIIT, Tabata, cardio, cardio dance, weights and intense workouts. I also have extra playlists that are not listed here. Keep checking in. I will continue to add more.
I used to go to the gym and do group exercise classes. However, I found it difficult to get up at 5:30 am for a 6 am workout. Whilst I was travelling I started doing YouTube workout playlists and found it worked well. I loved the variation of exercises. Every day I would do a different type of exercise. I enjoyed the variation so much that I kept it up when I came home. I was very happy sleeping in until 6 or 6:30 and I still managed to fit everything into my morning! I found that 30 minutes a day is all I needed to feel great and notice great results. The only problem is, I rarely take days off!
I purchased a few inexpensive pieces of equipment to get a good variety of workouts such as a yoga mat, free weights, micro-band and small pilates ball. I hope you find them as beneficial as I do!

How to watch your YouTube workout playlists on your TV
Most people have smart TVs. In which case your TV will have a YouTube app. So simply choose the playlist or video you like, right click your mouse and select save. You can save either the whole playlist or the individual videos that you like, to your own YouTube library.
Another option is simply to watch it directly from this page using your phone or tablet and share the display with your smart TV via wifi.
Alternatively, if you don’t have a smart TV, you will need to do what I did when travelling. I purchased Google Chromecast for about $50 at JB HiFi. using Chromecast, you can then connect your phone to the TV. Follow the instructions that come with the Google Chromecast and you’re set!
